Overview

At PSFX International LLC, we are dedicated to ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction across all our services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for payments made towards our business setup, corporate PRO, and advisory services.

By engaging our services or making any payment to PSFX International LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated in this Refund Policy.


General Policy

All payments made to PSFX International LLC are considered as payment for professional services rendered. Once a service request, documentation process, or government submission has been initiated, refunds will generally not be possible.

However, in exceptional cases, refunds may be approved at the sole discretion of PSFX International LLC’s management, provided that:

  • The service has not yet commenced, or

  • A payment was made in error or duplicated, or

  • The service could not be delivered due to internal or technical reasons on our end.


Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • If the client changes their mind or decides not to proceed after service initiation.

  • If delays occur due to external factors such as government approvals, third-party processing, or client-side documentation delays.

  • For partially completed services or advisory sessions that have already been rendered.

  • For any third-party costs or government fees already paid or submitted on behalf of the client (e.g., visa applications, trade license fees, attestation charges, etc.).


Refund Requests

Clients requesting a refund must submit a written request to support@psfxinternational.ae, stating:

  • The reason for the refund request,

  • Proof of payment, and

  • Supporting documents, if applicable.

Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the outcome will be communicated in writing.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days, subject to internal review and payment provider timelines.


Refund Method

All approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Please note:

  • Any bank charges, transaction fees, or currency conversion differences will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • PSFX International LLC is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.


Policy Updates

PSFX International LLC reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes.
All updates will be published on our official website, and the date of the most recent revision will be indicated below.
